Super Fun and Messy Art!

Oh blog. I'm sorry for neglecting you for the last week. I still haven't found my groove at the new house!

The girls and I started an art class today with their twin friends, H&K. Super Fun and Messy Art is being held at Oaks 'n Acorns, a fantastic cafe/studio for parents and their kids.

True to its name, Super Fun and Messy Art was crazy messy and a lot of fun. We were told to dress the kids in a diaper and old shirt. The room had been thoroughly prepped with plastic and paper. There were several different painting stations for the kids to explore. The girls seemed to really enjoy it!

T, Q, H, and K get thrown into the bucket to clean off!

  1. LOVE IT!!!! Little Monster does Mini Monet art classes here and I am always amazed at the age appropriate and totally enjoyable art projects that his teachers come up with! Looks like a couple of budding artists on your hands :)

  2. This looks totally awesome! I hope you post more about what they do there. I'm not going to plastic wrap our apartment, but maybe they'll have some other ideas that I can modify for The Bean at home. :)

    1. Ohh yes. The best part is that we get to walk away from the mess when we leave!

  3. I am no longer allowed to post comments from my iPhone! The last two comments I've left you never posted so first, congratulations on the new house - it's so beautiful and second, happy belated Pride! This class looks like it was so much fun for the girls. It's awesome that you have playdates with other families with twins. :)

  4. This makes me want to carpet and wallpaper every square inch of our apartment with white paper and let Clem and her beloved paintbrushes go crazy. So fun!
